안녕~! My trip in south Korea :

I went in South Korea with my little sister and my mother. The way that we took for the flight is much more cheaper and faster you'll see what I mean later... Well then enjoy ! And I will try to sum up my trip in Seoul and to give you my advices so that you won't be lost I hope ^^.

1st Day :
I took a plane from Paris to Helsinki (Finland) for 3 hours, then a 2nd flight from helsinki to Seoul for 8 hours. So yeah 11 hours to got to Korea ^^ but it's okay if it's for Korea.
Then when I was in the Incheon airport I took a limousine bus (because it's cheaper than a taxi) and there were some information people who helped us. Then okay it is cheaper but ... the bad thing is that it takes a long time to get to your hotel ! (like 1h30 to 2h).
So my hotel was the Eastgate Tower Hotel in Dongdaemun and it is really a good hotel. The service, the food and the rooms were perfect :) and every people were really good to us so I recomend it to you !

Then for the first day we decided to take the Seoul City Tour Bus. Usually I never try this kind of thing but because we were really tired (7 hours of difference between France and Korea + 11 hours of flight !) and we wanted to know what were the good sightseeing of Seoul so we took it (10 000 Wons/ Person).
We decided to see the Changdeokgung (창덕궁) palace (with the rear/secret garden & one of the favorite palace of the kings from the Joseon dynasty) but because my mother doesn't have any sense of direction we were lost and we tried to ask our way to korean students and they tried to help us in the best way they could but they didn't speek english and were so nice !
We finally arrived at the palace at 4pm the temperature was cooler than earlier but still hot ^^ It was really beautiful and relaxing. And we wanted to visit the secret garden but it was closed at 17h30 so we decided that we would come back another day ( closed : At 17h30 and on mondays ).

And to finish our tiring first day we went to a little restaurant near our hotel to eat some naengmyun (냉면) for me, some bibimbap (비빔밥) for my mother and some bap/rice (밥) for my little sister because she wasn't hungry at all. And we went to sleep early to have more energy for the next day...
Just to help you, if you don't speak or understand korean you will have problems to speak with the ajummas (아줌마) who can only say : hello, thank you, goodbye and rice ^^. But you can learn the usefull sentences !
Exemples:
*The menu please : menyu jushipshio 메뉴주십시오 / menyu juseyo 메뉴 주세요
*Bulgogi (barbecue coréen) please : bulgogi juseyo 뷸고기 주세요
*Can I have some  rice ? : bap juseyo밥 주세요
*Thank you : kamsahamnida 감사합니다
